Information submitted through this website

The suggestion box collects the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organization, email address, current system, and description of an operational need. Integrated Compliance Solutions uses this information to review the request, identify product opportunities, and contact you when permission is provided.

Please do not submit protected information

Do not include protected health information, individual service records, Social Security numbers, passwords, payment card information, or other confidential records in the suggestion box. This public website is not an approved channel for protected health information or customer account records.

Access, protection, and retention

Suggestion submissions are stored only when the database service is configured. Access should be limited to authorized ICS personnel and retained according to approved business and legal requirements. A network address may be held briefly in application memory to limit automated abuse, but it is not stored with the suggestion record.

Customer accounts and payments

This website does not currently accept customer credentials or payments. Future payment features will use a hosted, PCI compliant processor. The ICS server will not directly store card numbers, security codes, or raw card data.
