Focused systems with room to connect.

Some ideas may become independent products. Others may become specialized ACHieve OS modules. Provider and community feedback will help determine the best path.

01

Training operations

DODD Training and Credentialing Center

This concept brings course schedules, official application questions, agency seat reservations, payment status, attendance, testing, certification records, and renewal reminders into one coordinated system. Trainers would see every learner and required document before, during, and after class. Agencies would gain a clear view of employee credentials and upcoming expirations without maintaining separate spreadsheets.

Possible capabilities

Public and agency course registrationTrainer rosters and application reviewCertification and renewal trackingCourse payments, credits, and transfers
02

County coordination

County Board Collaboration Workspace

This proposed workspace would help county boards and approved providers coordinate information without relying on long email chains. Authorized users could submit referrals, identify available provider capacity, follow service start milestones, exchange approved records, and document decisions. Role based views would keep each participant focused on the information they are permitted to see.

Possible capabilities

Structured referral and capacity matchingService start milestone trackingSecure provider and board communicationLocal trend and access reporting
03

Risk and response

Incident and Compliance Command Center

The system would lead staff through the correct reporting path, alert responsible leaders, calculate required deadlines, and connect supporting documentation to one event record. Leadership could assign corrective actions, track completion, review patterns, and prepare a complete timeline for internal review or an authorized regulatory request.

Possible capabilities

Guided incident reportingDeadline and notification controlsCorrective action accountabilityTrend review and audit history
04

Employee compliance

Workforce Readiness and Credentialing

This concept would show whether an employee is ready for assignment and exactly what is preventing placement when they are not. It could coordinate applications, references, residency history, background checks, registry reviews, driver requirements, policy acknowledgments, role specific training, nursing competencies, and recurring expiration dates.

Possible capabilities

Position specific onboarding pathsClear readiness status and blockersCredential and training remindersElectronic acknowledgments and history
05

Access and mobility

Transportation and Community Access Network

The system idea supports ride requests, driver availability, eligibility, vehicle assignments, shared ride controls, arrival and trip status, time documentation, mileage records, and authorization monitoring. It is intended for providers exploring more flexible transportation and community access models while preserving clear service documentation and oversight.

Possible capabilities

Consumer ride request workflowDriver and vehicle coordinationTime, mileage, and authorization visibilityService history and operational reporting
06

Operational assurance

Quality and Billing Intelligence

This concept would compare operational records before problems become lost revenue or compliance findings. It could identify missing documentation, overlapping time, electronic visit verification mismatches, authorization concerns, rate differences, rejected claims, and recurring site patterns. Reviewers would see the source of each exception and the next action required.

Possible capabilities

EVV and timekeeping reconciliationAuthorization and claim exception reviewDocumentation quality indicatorsAction queues with ownership and history
07

Controlled records

Forms and Policy Studio

Agencies could build approved forms, publish controlled policy versions, collect electronic signatures, assign required reading, and keep a complete record of who received and acknowledged each version. Conditional fields would simplify the user experience while ensuring required information is collected for the selected process.

Possible capabilities

Agency controlled form buildingPolicy version and acknowledgment trackingConditional workflows and signaturesRetention and access controls
08

Continuity of care

Health Coordination Workspace

This proposed system would connect appointment preparation, visit information, new orders, follow up tasks, medication changes, nursing review, and responsible party notifications. The goal is to reduce gaps between an appointment, the resulting instructions, and the support that must occur afterward.
